Going into your family sessions remember to be in the moment, smile and enjoy each other. Kids will be kids and they will not want to sit and smile and do exactly as you say the entire time and that's ok! Letting go of your perfections and just going with the flow of your session will help create more emotional and personality driven photos.
Photographing other photographers can bring up some nervous feelings but as soon as I got there and spent time with them all my nerves were eased. Hayley and her family are adorable and all the love they shared shined through in their photos.
